We welcome patients to book phone consults or in-person appointments for any and all health concerns.   For everyone's safety, we continue to screen our patients at check-in for symptoms that would require isolation, such as new or worsening cough, fever, sore throat, shortness of breath, vomiting or diarrhea.  If you have any of these symptoms, we kindly ask you to also wear a mask*

Online Exercise Program

The Wellness Coordinators are still providing Health Coaching and exercise programs to do at home so that you can stay active while still staying safe.  Call our clinic to book in with Patrick or check out our Health Education tab for current programs provided by Erica Laycock, Chronic Condition Client Health Educator.

Where do I go for X-ray or Labs?

Three Hills Health Centre has Lab & X-ray services available to outpatients, on Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.  PLEASE NOTE: The lab will not be open for appointments on Monday, July 3rd, in lieu of Canada Day*

• Appointments are required for labs but not for x-rays.  Please go to www.APLappointments.ca or call 1-833-572-0577 to book your lab appointment.

• Provide a picture ID & your AHC card for every visit!

• If you are presenting for Lab tests or X-rays you must register at the hospital front desk first.

• If your doctor orders tests or X-rays, you can have your tests done at ANY facility (eg. Trochu, Drumheller, Red Deer). If another doctor has ordered lab tests, please ask them to add your family doctor’s name so that he/she will receive a copy of these results.

Generally, if there are any lab or X-ray abnormalities you will be contacted by phone or via our secure online messaging if you are registered with AVA Connect. Our staff may sometimes provide you with specific results (if instructed to do so by the doctor) or you may be asked to book a follow-up appointment.

If you want to review your results, you may book a follow-up a couple weeks after you went for the investigations. Alternatively,  you can ask about the results via Pomelo secure messaging or when you are in for your next routine appointment.
